We accept the member registration via our customer services hotline during the first-time order.

		No application fee is required.

		We do not accept those INCOMPLETED application forms.

		Each person can apply for one-time only; duplicated application will not be accepted.

		We only accept the application with HK and Macau address.

		Welcome gift will be sent around 1 month later after the application form is received.

		Dot Dot Beauty reserves the right for the final decision of any disputes.
